*Release & Shipping
The Korean release date is not our shipping date. Orders will ship after the product arrives at Violet Kpop and completes receiving and inspection. Supplier and shipping delays may occur.

*Pre-Order + In-Stock Items
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once all items are available. Please place separate orders if you need in-stock items sooner.

*Cancellations
All pre-order sales are final. Pre-orders cannot be canceled due to a change of mind, release delays, supplier delays, shipping delays, or changes in estimated arrival times, except where otherwise required by applicable law or Violet Kpop policy.

*Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives significantly damaged, incorrect, or missing items. Photos and/or an unboxing video may be required for review. Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging, such as small dents, scratches, or corner wear, is generally not considered a product defect when the contents remain unaffected.
