[Love Liner] Eyeliner cream fit pencil

Description

Pull down your lower lid and expose your waterline above your lash line with your finger. Angle your eyeliner pencil then swipe from the outer edge towards the inner edge filling the waterline. Please extend the core about 1 to 2mm before use. Because the core is soft, it may break if too much pulled out. Please note that if you extend the core too much, it will not return to its original state. After use, replace the wick and close the cap until it clicks.
